· During the invitation process for the event of CHN through phone, I notice that I slightly improve my communication skills and become more mindful of the words that I should use over the telephone because words are indefinite means of communication and forcing us to be careful on using the right words.
· Being a trainee here in World Vision allows me to see how the institution specifically my department create ties and linkages to passionately engage our legislators regarding the various child rights and set up different programs to attract more citizens in advocating child rights and considering the child well-being as one of the most essential tool. Moreover, my department also serve and empower the poor communities so that they can develop their own process of development.
· While I am doing my research about the different programs of the government, I notice that there are only 11 out of 19 Philippine departments in which the institution can intervene and work hand in hand with the departments. For me, I think it is much better if the institution can/will engage all these departments towards its mission and vision so that the child can achieve good life and environment.
· Teamwork is really valuable in any organizations existing. We need to be more devoted to work as one family to accomplish our mutual goal in the essence of cooperation, communal respect and reliance to each other; therefore, teamwork should permanently be present.

We will be accountable in the performance of our tasks as we commit ourselves to the dream and duty of the institution and also to the aims of our school to have this preparation in the real world.
